Hey kiddo,

Congrats on choosing such a cool t-shirt!

The most important thing for any kid to know is that God never ever stops loving you – even when you don’t do what’s right! His love for you can never change. But what’s the big fuss about living the way God asks us to? Well, your shirt sums it up real well, there. When we do what God tells us, we can know things will be OK even if it looks like everything is going the wrong way.

Now it’s not always easy to do what’s right. And sometimes, we’re not even sure what the right thing is. That’s why it’s important to ask God to come live inside our hearts so He can be like that guy that sits next to the driver in an off-road vehicle race. You know those cool races we see on Red Bull TV… The driver has to keep his eyes on the road, making sure he doesn’t steer into a tree or something crazy like that. So he needs a navigator to read the map and tell him when to turn, when to slow down and what to look out for. God is the perfect navigator for you and me, because He knows what’s waiting for us around every corner of our lives. And, He knows exactly how to deal with everything that comes our way!

THAT’S how awesome a navigator God is! He has it all figured out already and He can’t wait to jump in the seat next to you and share the adventure of your life with you!

There’s just one trick though – you have to ask Him to hop in… so let’s do exactly that:

Hey there God, thanks for being willing to be my Navigator. I invite you into my life and into my heart. I want Jesus to be on my team so that I’ll always know where to go when the road forks or looks a bit scary. It’s awesome to have somebody who knows everything about me. Thanks for being my friend. In Jesus’ name. Amen
