Hammer – My Dad can fix anything!

On a bit of a serious note, boys and girls… I don’t think we always realise how much of a family’s weight a dad carries on his shoulders. Sure, it’s often mom that takes care of all the needs you can list, but God made men the head of the family and I honestly believe we don’t understand what that position entails if we’ve never had to fill it. So this gift has a two-fold function – showing your appreciation for the one who the Father of all deemed worthy to carry the big, big responsibility of being your earthly father AND reminding your dad that there is a Partner, a Helper who wants to assist him in that huge task of having to fix everything! The story that inspired this gift is not just for the dad’s out there, but anyone who’s ever had one or shared parenthood with one… so I think that basically covers all of us ; )
